Refund Policy

Simple version: every DonePins order is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. One policy — same on the website and on Etsy.
The 30-day money-back guarantee
Every DonePins order — one-shot, Etsy purchase, or subscription batch — comes with an unconditional 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your pins, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll issue a full refund. No partial credits, no “store credit only,” no run-around. This is the only refund policy DonePins operates, and it is identical on every sales channel.
How to request a refund
Two ways — whichever is easiest:
- Reply to your delivery email and tell us you'd like a refund.
- Email hello@donepins.com with your batch ID or Etsy order number.
We process refund requests within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Prefer a free re-render?
Many customers would rather we fix the batch than take their money back. If you tell us what's off — tone, layout, color, niche fit, anything — we'll re-render the entire batch within 24–48 hours at no charge, as many times as it takes. Choosing a re-render is always optional and never waives your 30-day money-back guarantee — if you still aren't satisfied, the refund remains available within the 30-day window.
Monthly subscriptions
- Cancel anytime from your customer portal. Your subscription ends at the conclusion of the current billing period; you retain full access until then.
- Every batch is covered. Each monthly batch carries the 30-day money-back guarantee — if a batch misses, contact us within 30 days of that batch's delivery for a full refund of that batch.
Annual pre-payments
- The 30-day money-back guarantee applies from the start of an annual plan: if you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, we refund the plan in full.
- After the first 30 days, annual plans are not prorated if cancelled mid-term. You keep access and continue receiving batches through the end of the prepaid year, and each individual batch still carries the 30-day money-back guarantee.
Edge cases
- Stripe disputes / chargebacks: if something went wrong, reach out before opening a chargeback — our 30-day money-back guarantee almost always resolves it faster than a bank dispute.
- Fraud or accidental purchase: if your card was used without your authorization, contact us immediately and we'll cancel the order before render and unwind the charge.
