Two years ago I was running 3 Etsy shops and trying to get serious about Pinterest. The math was brutal: 1 hour per pin × 100 pins per shop × 3 shops = 300 hours I didn't have. Hiring a designer was $30/pin. Canva templates looked like everyone else's. I was stuck.
So I built an engine. CSV in, finished pins out. Custom AI hooks, real layouts, brand colors honored. The first batch took a weekend to get right. The 100th batch took 4 minutes. Last count: 1,641 pins shipped to my own shops, driving steady Pinterest traffic that didn't exist before.
I spent 18 days iterating to a 9.5/10 quality bar I'd actually defend, then ran 1,641 pins through my own shops before opening it to anyone else.
