When will my pins arrive?

Within 24–48 hours of you submitting your product details on the intake form — not from the moment you paid. If you've paid but haven't filled in the upload form yet, nothing has started: check your welcome email for your unique upload link. You can check live status anytime at donepins.com/status (no login — just your order number and email).

I paid but haven't gotten anything — what do I do?

First, check your inbox (and spam) for an email from hello@donepins.com with your upload link. The 24–48 hour clock starts when you submit your products, so the most common reason for 'nothing yet' is that the intake form hasn't been filled in. Can't find the link? Email support@donepins.com with your order number and we'll resend it within one business day.

How do I check the status of my order?

Go to donepins.com/status and enter your order number plus the email you ordered with. You'll see exactly where your batch is: received, queued, rendering, or delivered. No account needed.

Can I request changes or revisions?

Yes — revisions are free and unlimited. Once you've received your pins, just reply to your delivery email or write to support@donepins.com and tell us what to change (colors, hooks, layouts, anything). We re-render and resend. No forms, no calls, no extra charge.

What file format do I get, and how do I use it?

You receive a ZIP of high-resolution PNG pins (1000×1500, Pinterest's recommended spec) plus a Tailwind-ready CSV with titles, descriptions, hashtags, and board mappings pre-filled. Drop the CSV into Tailwind's bulk uploader, or upload pins to Pinterest manually using the copy from the CSV — no Tailwind subscription required.

Can I use the pins commercially?

Yes. You own full commercial rights to every pin we make for you — Pinterest, Etsy, Instagram, your website, paid ads, anywhere. We retain no rights.

What's your refund policy?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, email support@donepins.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'd always rather fix it first with free revisions, but if it's not right for you, you get your money back — no hassle.

My download link expired or won't open. Can you resend it?

Absolutely. Download links are time-limited for security. Email support@donepins.com with your order number and we'll send a fresh link. Your files are kept safe on our side.

How do I reach a human?

Email support@donepins.com (or reply to any email we've sent you) and a real person will get back to you — typically within one business day, often much sooner. There's also live chat on donepins.com during working hours. We read every message.

What information did I need to provide, and can I add more products?

Each product needs a title, short description, target audience, and a destination URL — supplied via CSV upload or the intake form. Want to add products or change what you submitted before we render? Email support@donepins.com and we'll update your batch.
